How to Purchase Tokens

Ok so you're all signed up and ready to play, but how do you actually get tokens? We've got a ton of different ways to purchase on GOLDPUMP, here's a walkthrough of each of them!

Crypto

Navigate to our purchase modal.
Choose which cryptocurrency you want to purchase in.
Copy and paste the cryptocurrency address from the modal on your screen, and send it the amount of money that you would like to purchase. A $1 minimum purchase is required.

Note: Our addresses can sometimes change, so always double-check that you are sending to the one on our modal. Also, always check to make sure you are sending from the correct network to the correct network (ERC-20 for Ethereum, etc.). Otherwise, your funds will be lost, and there isn't much we can do to restore them.

Once your transaction has a specific number of confirmations on the blockchain, your account will be credited with the proper number of tokens.

How To Deposit Using Credit and Debit Cards

GOLDPUMPhas recently partnered with Zen, a payment processor, to allow for debit and credit card purchases.

Daily Chests

Daily Chests are exactly like the cases we use in our games, except they're free! Every 24 hours, you get to open one or more of these puppies up. At each level tier, you're rewarded one more daily chest, meaning you get to open one a day at levels 1-10, two a day at levels 10-20, etc. Each level tier you advance gets you access to better rewards, currently maxing out at our level 200 daily chest, which could win you up to 1.5 Million tokens!

Rakebacks

Our weekly and monthly rakebacks give you a chance to earn cash back on the tokens you already spent. Every week on Saturday at 3 pm EST, you'll be able to claim a percentage of the house edge in GOLDPUMP tokens. And on the last Saturday of every month at 3 pm EST, you'll be able to claim an additional reward.

Zen Purchases and KYC requirements

We are introducing an update to GOLDPUMP that affects how you can redeem tokens and use other features after making purchases with Zen. Please read the details below to understand these changes and how they impact your account.

Why is this Update Necessary?

To ensure the security of transactions and accounts, we now require users to verify their identity when they use Zen to purchase tokens.

**When is Verification/KYC Required?
**Redeeming Prizes: You must verify your identity before redeeming tokens for prizes if any Zen purchase has been made on your account.
Subsequent Redemptions: Verification/KYC is also required for future redemptions as long as a Zen payment exists on your account.
Multiple Payment Methods: Any user with a Zen token purchase on their account will be required to verify/KYC regardless of the current source of their tokens, whether it be winnings, crypto deposits, or any other payment method.
Tipping and Trading: Tipping other users, tipping rain, and trading in the marketplace will also be unavailable if a Zen purchase has been made until Verification/KYC is completed.

How it works

Chat rain is a feature that takes a small percentage of the hourly GOLDPUMP bet amount and places it into a lottery-like system.

Users can also choose to tip the rain if they're feeling generous, adding to the funds that are distributed every hour.

If users are active in the chat, they can enter into the rain. The rain will go every 40-80 minutes, and all users have to do is click "Join".

While there are no requirements to enter, users who are higher level, have higher purchase amounts, and have wagered more will be rewarded more than very low-tier players.

Users must 1x wager the amount they've received from the rain before being able to join the next rain.

Introducing Case Battles, the exciting new game from GOLDPUMP that allows you to compete against other users in a thrilling Player vs Player (PvP) experience where you can put your case-opening skills to the test. With three fun battle modes to choose from, you'll never run out of ways to play and win. Check it out!

Case Battle Modes

Users start by choosing which game mode they want to play; Regular Battles, Team Battles, or Group Unboxing.

In Regular Battles, you compete against up to three other players to see who can unbox the most tokens from their cases. The winner takes all, so bring your A-game, and be ready to claim everyone's hard-earned tokens!

In Team Battles, you'll team up with a friend to take on another duo in a head-to-head battle. The team that racks up the most tokens from their cases will get to split the total tokens unboxed by both teams. Pick your duo wisely!

And in Group Unbox, you can invite up to three other players to join you in opening cases. The total tokens unboxed by everyone will be evenly split amongst all players on the winning team, giving everyone a fair share of the riches.

After you decide what mode you want to compete in, you can pick up to 100 cases to unbox with your friends. The total value of the cases is how much it costs to buy in.
